As a consultant at Jeffersson Wells, your opportunities for competence development are huge. Each new assignment is of course a way for you to gain new experience and skills, but in addition to that you also get free access to over 4,500 interactive courses via our e-learning portal. There's a wide range of courses in areas such as sales, finance, projects, IT and leadership, both individual courses and tailored course packages if you want to take the next step in your area of expertise.
Health and wellness
As our employee, we care for you to have a good working environment and opportunities to take care of your health. As a part of this, we offer you wellness activities for 2000 SEK per year. Parental pay and reduced working hours
If you are on parental leave, you as an employee can receive something called parental pay, which is an extra supplement in addition to what you receive through the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. According to our collective agreement, you as a parent have the right to shorten your working hours to 75 percent until your child reaches the age of 8.
Insurance and pension
