Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Create and deliver change management communications and training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Facilitate Change Impact Assessment performed by the Change Network
- Drive actions to formulate relevant key messages and propose how to best anchor and spread it in the org.
- Create relevant training materials and plans, continuously refine based on feedback from Change Network
- Support establishment of Super-users in organization with train-the-trainer readiness and facilitate knowledge sharing between Super-users cross product lines
- Facilitate overall project communication plan and materials
- Facilitate regular interaction with the Project Change Network to secure communication, training and Super-user establishment is progressing according to plan and gaps are managed
- Synchronize and collaborate with Implementation Lead, Data Transformation Lead and PLM Team Lead on Project Planning team to secure progress on communication and training according to overall Implementation plans & address improvement areas and close identified gaps
- Contribute to, and/or drive assessments/analysis relating to project overall, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
